How to get to Alhambra

You can arrive walking, going up the Cuesta Gomérez from Plaza Nueva. It is a fairly steep slope, so if you are tired, you go just in time or have mobility problems the best is what you discard this option. This option is ideal to do it in the opposite direction once the visit is over, since the walk is quite pleasant, especially in spring and autumn.

This is the best bus to get to the Alhambra (Gran Vía - Alhambra - Plaza Nueva - Albaicín - Gran Vía).

MICROBUS C30
This bus goes to the Alhambra from Plaza Isabel la Católica.

Where to meet us

Once you have reached the main entrance of the Alhambra (in the box office area), you will see CAFE BAR POLINARIO. There will be one of our official guides staff waiting for you. The contact phone number that appears on your booking voucher will be operational, if you get lost you can call. Also at the time of making the reservation it is important that you indicate your telephone number, since that is how we will be able to get in touch with you.

Visiting hours may vary depending on the availability of access times to the Nazarian Placios. It is recommended to reconfirm the visiting hours 3 days before.

It is essential to provide, Name, Surname and Passport Number or Identification of the people who are going to make the visit. You will also need to carry this document with you at all times.

• Access to the site will be through the scanning of the DNI or Passport of the visitors.
